Which trap artist is it? The beginning is turn up the volume watch the bass get 'em open?

Anyone know who this artist is? The beginning of the song (and throughout the song) goes like this: "Turn up the volume, watch the bass get 'em open". Please help me quick! You can also look this up if you'd like. On YouTube is probably your best bet though.
