Is it normal? Lately I've noticed lots of people stare at me, even other people have pointed it out. Sometimes I have to wonder if theres something sticking out my back. I'm not very eye catching, or weird looking, but wherever I go, theres people giving me different looks. I dont know if it matters (could seem different as an adult?) but im 16 and I'm a girl (you probably assumed that already? :/). All in all, i want your opinion on why, even if it is something such as " you're too self concious".

Well.... before you ever go out look at yourself in the mirror. If you see something odd, fix it. If your good-looking, think of those stares as a whole bunch of compliments. Ask your friends if there's a reason why people stare. Is it at school? Do you know the people? If you do, there might be a rumor. Just ask around, but don't worry.
Perhaps you are either very attractive or have a look that is striking...and by striking it could mean basic beauty or your look is "different" for the general population...you may just have a look that people admire over the "basic bitch" look...if you have style with some flair that may be it.
