When we think of life, we think of a wonderful, peaceful experience. But underneath all of that glamour, life is rough, tough and imposing. So why is there this invisible facade that shields us from the harsh grasp of true life?
Why is life so complicated?

Because its only complicated if you allow it to be. Most people do not. Teens seem to thrive on drama, angst, and turmoil so generally they think life is very problematic. The more mature you become the fewer problems you have and the more in control you become. You handle issues before they become problems and life is simpler.
If you look at life as a wonderful peaceful experience you don't live in reality. There are problems but the get handled. Dating, marriage, kids, careers, mortgages, the future, raising kids, educating kids, taking care of parents, vacations vs. a roof on the house. Life is full of decisions and choices but they aren't overwhelming and life is also filled with love and laughter.
Life has always been that way, and for some even worst. Even now in our 21st century era in many parts of the world people are undergoing horrific trails just to survive.
This was not the plan from the beginning. The Bible say at Genesis 1:28 Further, God blessed them, and God said to them: “Be fruitful and become many, fill the earth and subdue it, and have in subjection the fish of the sea and the flying creatures of the heavens and every living creature that is moving on the earth.” This was a simple life, everything they need was supplied.
Then man made thing complicated by deciding to do things their way instead of God's.
All is not lose however. The Bible makes a statement at John 17:3, that helps us to understand how to change things, what we need to do as an individual.
To entertain that thought, we need to find out "What does the Bible really teaches".

In fact, the opposite is true. We need to let go of the material world, what we think life is. On the surface of the ocean, there is so much noise, but deep inside the ocean, there is Divine peace. So also, the outside world has got so much action, noise, stress, worry and anxiety, but if you go deep within your Soul, you will find peace. LIFE is Liberation from Ignorance and Finding Enlightenment. Enlightenment is blissful, it’s peaceful, but we are enamoured by objects, pleasures and possessions and we keep chasing happiness in this world, only to end up with misery and sorrow.
