... 6 whole wings. Why we let restaurant screw us that? Is there a law to enforce that?

You might get that if you was to go to popeyes or a chicken and waffle restaurant or kfc you might be able to get them there to but in a restaurant you might get wings as a appetizer depending on how many are in your group but to say about just yourself you might get 6 they can do what ever they want as far as what they give you as the meal I really don't think you can enforce anything.
