Child care, whos job to dispose of nappies, teacher or cleaner?

Whichever parent is there. Someone has to do it, the child certainly can't.

It's part of the job of early childhood care centre teachers/caregivers to change babies nappies and dispose of the used nappies in whatever utility is there, be it a regular rubbish bin or a nappy pail.
It's the cleaner or janitor, as part of their job to usually at the end of the work day, take the rubbish bin or nappy pail filled with used nappies and empty it in the dumpster or large rubbish bin that I presume is next to the early childhood centre.
