Is there any light that can be bring inside the tent but doesn't show shadows of people changing clothes inside the tent?

No. You can stay home, that's about it.
the only light that won't leave a shadow...is NO light
The thinness of tent walls makes them the ideal material through which to cast shadows. Keep the tent dark if you are close to other people to prevent putting on a shadow show.
