My grandmother lives with me. Her son recently came to my house was was very belligerent. I asked to him to leave and he told me to "put him out". He further stated that he would be over here to see his mother any time he wants. Am I legally required to allow him to come inside my home?

Absolutely NOT..if you do not want him on your property you have every right not allowing him in your home. If he becomes a problem you can always ask for a restraining order that legally keeps him away. If he wants to see his mother he will need to make other arrangements elsewhere!
No, and he needs to respect your home and rights. All tho it's his mom, it's still your house. He can make others arrangements to see his mom.
