Hi! This is kind of a weird question but I'm just wanting an opinion. I weight 163 lbs and am 5'10 and am a sprinter in track and field. Right now I can run a 13.8 100m but I would really like to work hard and get down to an 11. I have a really bad eating habit right now and only do minimal workouts at practice. So I was wondering if I was to eat healthy, lose weight, and woke out and hit the my more if you think I could become faster?
