I think the pain is coming from my teeth touching in my sleep, it's sharp and lingering pain and my face seems a little swollen.

that would be a reason to go back to the dentist and tell them whats going on it sounds like something didn't go right and it might be effecting the other teeth it could be the gum its self so it sounds very important to make sure that things are going okay with the surounding teeth could even be a nerve deerp down it would be swollen after you had things done
