Just something I've noticed, because I've actually had the surgery myself (ears "pinned" back) as mine used to stick out slightly, like Millie's used to.
Her role as young Alice in Once Upon a Time and if you look at photos of her when she was younger there is a noticeable difference... Not hating I think she's a lovely girl, and super talented. Just thought I'd see if anyone else picked up on this
