So I got my friend to ask my crush if she likes me, my friend and her are some what friends, they talk here and there in class so I guess aquaintances. I've told my crush I thought she was cute before like last week so I guess she knows I'm interested. My crush knows I'm friends with Luis (the kid that asked her for me). So in class today (gym in high school) my friend was talking casually to her and randomly asked "so do you like (my name)?" and she says "why do you want to know?" and he says "just wondering.." then she got in line and waited to be dismissed to the lockers then my friend got in line with her and says "so do you?" and she says "why do you want to know this?" And he says "I was just wondering.." then she went to her locker without giving the answer. My friend says he feels like she doesn't want him to know her answer but I was wondering what this meant like does she like me and is trying to keep it to herself or does she not want to be mean? By the way I'm a guy, my friends a guy, and my crush is a girl.

That's honestly really hard to tell! But I think that if she did not like you her friend would've said " no she does not like you" . But instead she said nothing so maybe she's trying to keep it a secret? Also, you could just plain out ask her, but I'm guessing that your a bit too shy for that? You also mentioned that you've told her that she was cute so I guess by now she knows somewhat how you feel about her ! Goodluck(:
My theory is that it's a good thing. As previously stated, if she wasn't interested in you, then she probably would have said no. Maybe she's a little embarrassed to let you know that she likes you back.
Personally, I would just ask her myself at that point, being like YOLO and ah screw it and whatnot, but it's up to you.
My guess is that she's into you.
If your crush is one of those girls who doesn't really talk to guys, then she would probably say what she did.

I remember when I told my friend my crush and later in 7th hour she asked my crush do you know (my name with last name) and he said no even though I sat by him in 2 classes before last year. I am pretty sure she likes you just doesn't want you to know yet. I sort of knew my crush liked me because he showed mostly all the signs. She is just trying to keep it secret and not let you know, its normal.
Yeah I'm very shy around girls I like but in general I'm not too shy but thank you this helps a lot and I think I'm just going to ask her about it.
