The deep web is a very dangerous part of the internet. Every vicious stuff is in there and you don't want to get hack especially if you have bank accounts save on your computer. I have tried to enter the dark web once and it's filled with lots of bad things: drugs, p*rn, human trafficking, etc.
In order for you to enter, you need to use TOR browser as it uses deep web protection as it changes proxy and your IP address from time to time. If you are thinking of blogging, you should learn how to do hacking and coding. They have a website where VIP's can only enter.
