How can I send my Picasa edited pictures WITH CAPTIONS to family and friends for viewing? Google?

...  photos is incapable of doing captions.  What do I do?  Is there a decent software you can recommend?  MUST ALLOW CAPTIONING.  Google Photos can't do captions.  How do I send my old Picasa albums (and new Picasa albums) to friends.  Is there an editing and sharing software that facilitate captions?

Almost any image viewer program will add text to images. I use irfanview.com/
