You could buy a book about marvel style drawing. They aren't usually too expensive and you can find them at lots of art shops.
Deviantart.com has great resourse of Marvel style artsists and tutorials. Allso by googling "marvel tutorial" would help you.
Okay. Marvel Comics have their own specific way of drawing that is different from just normal sketching and drawing. Characters are drawn enhanced and with significant muscle bulging and etc.
The way I was taught (in a book written by Stan Lee, called "How to Draw the Marvel Way") everything you see consists of three different shapes. No matter what.
Cubes. Cylinders. And spheres.
It's actually quite amazing. If you start with just a cube, you can turn that cube into virtually anything by just erasing and adding some lines. Like, say, a recliner.
If you don't get it, try just getting that book I mentioned earlier. It really helped me.
