I've been having a lot of concentration, reading and learning difficulties in my whole life, but I haven't told my parents before now... And I really want to get checked for ADHD/ADD and dyslexia... How can I ask them? How can I get checked?

Just ask them, and have them bring you to your primary doctor. He will test you or send you to a specialist. You sound like a smart kid, so there's no reason you should have something like that standing in your way. It could even be as simple as taking a pill once a day. Just ask your parents, there'e no shame in it. Good luck!
