Wondering if anyone knows how to help calm my nerves and general shaking. I knows it's NOT from anxiety. It's not a panic attack. I don't get nervous. It's not something that happens in episodes but it goes on constantly. My whole body has this constant jumping or twitching to it. Like when I try to be completely still and not move my body just wont. My hands shake nonstop. When I hold a laser sight to the wall i can't keep it in a three inch circle at ten feet.

Try some deep breathing exercieses, take a fitness course of some descrption (yoga, work-out, aerobics, meditation), you may also want to get a medical if it's a problem that simply won't go away even when you ARE relaxed and rested, might be a nervous disorder... I hope not but just saying is all.
