i have a little brother who is taking drugs and is in a house that is owned by him and myself and older brother, my older brother and me want to sell the house but my little brother dosent want to. he has been taking drugs in the house and having huge house parties it has come to the point where i have had to move out. the house is compleatly trashed and we need to sell to pay for debt. i would like to know if ther is any way to disown my little brother due to his behavior which i can take any more. btw he is 20 years old. someone who works with law would be best to answer thanks
