I can't stop crying and I don't know if it is depression or not please help?

So today my family planned to go see Star Wars but I don't particularly care for Star Wars. So I volunteered to stay home alone, my mom especially wanted to go but when she find out that I wasn't going she said that she was not fing to go and I feel really guilty and can't stop crying

I cry all the time for no reason.But i am Happy.You probaly just feel super guitlity but it is not fair to yourself.Go say sorry to your mom and you will feel better.And no you are not depressed.:):):):)

Thank you I went on many websites and they all were pointing toward me being depressed and I just was really scared

Its okay to cry when emotional, realizing you have done something wrong the best thing to do is apologize, and then do something you like, like playing a game with your mom or something to make you feel better.
