Why would you propose when you don't even know what she feels and making a joke out of it is even worse. that will guarantee thaty ou will loose her even as a friend. Take it slow and easy....give her compliments and see how she reacts to them - you will know if she is interested in a romantic way. Take baby steps don't just plunge into the deep water.
How can I find whether she is interested in me or not???? She seems very happy talking to me and shares almost experience of her to me.

well its up to you if you want to tell you should take a risk but you can also be a secret admirer to her and be extra sweet for her for a period of time so you can know if there is any possibility that she likes you too then if you think you already have the guts and ready to tell and take the risk go on tell her
