It is annoying cause I loose my confidence and get nervous. My teammates don't always hit the ball either, everybody makes mistakes. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should say back to them?????
I play volleyball and when I don't hit the ball my teammates get angry. What do I do?

You tell them one time to mind their manners. If it happens again, you turn on your heel and walk away and never go back. Life is too short to put up with jerks scolding you for normal stuff. Besides, working on vocal skills will improve your earning power more than anything else you can do. That's according to John Molloy in "Dress For Success".
you need to call the ball. always go for it. it isn't acceptable to let it hit the floor. if necessary, you hit the floor before it does. your teammates shouldn't be rude to you about it but it is good that they are trying to hold you accountable for it. you should do the same for them. but instead of making them feel the way they make you feel, treat them with respect and build up their confidence. encourage them and in turn, they will encourage you.
