I love the name, and my half-cousin has the same name, and there would be two Elijah Browns (which Brown is my last name), and I have never met my cousin. Would it be weird to have two family members with the same first and last name? Can't decide what to do

Lots of sons have the same name as their fathers and it doesn't confuse anybody. Besides, they have middle names for just that purpose. If you want to be very distinctive, give him a middle initial instead of a name. My brother's middle name is H. Michael J. Fox's middle name is Andrew. Figure that one out.
