Ok, I have very curly hair... But I hate it. My hair is so bad and when it's curled up in the natural way it's to my shoulders. Anyway, I want to cut my hair very short. Like almost ruby rose but a bit longer. Like old Justin beiber length but differently styled. My grandmother refuses to let me cut it short due to the curls. She's had a bad experience with short hair where hers poofed and she hated it. But she got hers in a style and length I would not be getting. She brought up the poofing and I want opinions on it... Will it poof very badly?
