If you are a current teacher, does your school/state pay for you to get your Masters degree?

If you are employed by a college you can take classes without paying tuition. You can not usually get a job as a teacher if you don't already have a master's degree.

As far as I know, the school/college is not responsible for that. You would need to pay for that, because it is your task to have the proper degree if you are interested in being a teacher or the professor in the college.
