I was seriously held back when I was in high school. I somehow managed to graduate: at the worst possible time during 2009 which was when everyone was getting fired and laid-off.
I feel like I never had a chance, and was destined to be a sponge living on handouts for ever. Never earning my own income or even having a drivers license.
In short, I secretly hate my life right now.

my greatest fear, is that I will be 30 and I still will not be living on my own or even have a retarded job, I can't even get a job at McDonalds flipping their gross burgers. I seriously hate my life right now.
Everyone around me has a job, is going to school and some are already married and living on their own. I'm that one person in the family who failed... Life sucks.
Hello Dear, you are right that life sucks, but Still, Your biggest enemy is your fear and uncertainty about your own life. First of all you should try to boost your own confidence. Because that is our self confidence which leads us to the top. never make your mind negative buddy. Be confidant and hopeful, Because you never know when the opportunity comes to your doorstep. And if you will behave like this, your will surly miss that opportunity.

Get a summer job at a fish processing plant in Alaska, like with Trident Seafoods or somebody. They literally hire anybody. It's retarded. They fly you up there, provide room and board and everything. You have to pass a drug test and hearing test, but that's about it. Save ALL your money, and maybe try to get hired by a fishing boat. That's big money. When you get home, buy a crappy car WITH A STICK SHIFT and learn to drive it. When you get good, contact the trucking company, CR England. They will work with you on financing (the training costs like 3 grand), or you can go to Alaska for another season and pay up font. They train you for two months, and then you're making $40,000-$50,000 dollars per year to start on over the road trucking. After a couple years, you can get a mid-five-figure regional trucking job, be home every night by six, and even support a family.
Plus, you'll feel like man!!! Or a wo-man!!! Either way, the plan works.

that would be cool, but I cannot travel at the moment because of stupid things I did as a teenager, even with the company paying for my flight and training etc. Since I was young I've wanted to be a commercial pilot, not for an airliner but for private charters and helicopter tours. But I cannot do any of that until I have a job so I can save money for it.

Some days are much more difficult than others. I haven't given up on job hunting completely but when it comes to employment my city is pretty much dead.
