I'm 5'1, 90lbs, at 20yrs of age. I love to eat, but I can't help that I get full too fast. I can get full from like 3 chicken nuggets. I used to able to eat normal, but I've always been underweight. I wasn't worried about it untill now.

try letting yourself have more sweets or foods that are higher in good fats (unsaturated i think) i've had weight problems since i was ten but i'm overweight so my diet is different. so yours would be the opposite of mine a "double diet" might work for you but of course talking to a dietition would be better.
I used to be the same way until I was 18! (mind you, I was 115 lbs at 5'7".)
My doctor was absolutely no help. They just assumed I was anorexic and that I must deliberately be trying to keep my weight down. I tried explaining that my stomach always hurt, so their next response was that I might just be anxious and unable to eat. No, that wasn't it either... Then they assumed it must be Irritable Bowel Syndrome, which actually is true, but there were some things the doctor didn't tell me that I had to learn on my own.
A couple of things to try. These are going to sound counterintuitive, but just try it anyways:
1) Increase your exercise, even just by 5 minutes. That might be all your brain needs to convince your body that you need more calories.
2) Sleep more! I was really shocked on this one- I've found that as I've improved my sleep since high school, my appetite has gotten better. Turns out that my poor sleep habits were actually keeping my metabolism from working right! (To this day, I lose my appetite if I don't get enough sleep.)
3) Less processed, more natural foods- like smoothies and vegetables may help regulate your stomach. (I used to try eating processed foods and meats thinking that since they have more calories, they will help me gain weight faster. Turns out my system just rejected the food more!)
Hope this helps! I am happy to say that I am a healthy weight now, and I wish the same for you!
*I should probably specify, that's 5 minutes of cardio-intensive exercise, like running or Zumba.
