I'm a 15 year old male and I was 230 pounds. After losing 40 pounds I'm still 190 and still considered overweight and I have a bmi of 27.4. It's so hard to continue dieting but if I give up I'm in trouble. Am I really as fat as I think I am? BTW I think my weight makes me look ugly and I feel like I will never be able to get a girlfriend looking like this. It is making me very shy. Any way to easily break out of my shell?
