so what the meaning of jill laughing at jack after his mom fix his head
and the meaning of jack laughing at jill after her mom whipped for laughing at him
It is just a nursery rhyme so it doesn't actually have to mean anything except to help the "scan" of the lines.
Children are quite hurtful of each other sometimes and it could refer to that, Jack's plaster made out of brown paper would look ridiculous (causing Jill to smile) and the swift interdiction of their mother may well have got Jack his revenge.
Or it could just be a nursery rhyme.
First you have to understand that in the first recorded woodcut showed two boys not a girl and a boy and it was Gill not Jill, a boys name. So Jack and Gill, two boys went up the hill. The mother whipped Gill for laughing at his brother. Physical punishment for boys is very different to physical punishment towards girls. A brother laughing at how "stupid" his brother would look with a bandage around his head would seem to be typical behaviour and for the mother to punish the brother for laughing would be normal too as, acording the the 12 century verses the accident was his fault in the first place... If my brother laughed at me while my mum bandaged my head and it was HIS fault, my mum would have given him a smack too.
