"I work over nights" my supervisor approached me and the other gentleman i work with about not letting the women who work in the building with us go outside. she seemed extremly frightened and was crying but would not tell us what was happening. We were asked to to do everything that rquires going outside and to other buildings which is not normally or repsonsibilty. Tonight when i arrived at work there was apolice vehichle making rounds around our building "this never happens"; and again we were told not to let the women go outside and also that the men were not allowed to go outside by themselves. When we ask what is going on they tell us that it is just a saftey measure that is being taken this week. Are my supervisors required to infom us of what is going on?
