So my girlfriends parents are going through custody issues right now, apprenttly both her mom and dad said the judge said she can't go into my room or even her room which is where we do all of our deep conversations and we are teens soo you get the point but neither her parents know of this .(we have been dating for 15 months) Now we can't talk or do anything! But it's been going on for far to long now and it's starting to upset me cause it's like I can't even really talk to my girlfriend anymore. My point is it legal for a judge to make that decision or are the parents full of crap?

i dont really understand, the judge said '' that you her boyfriend, cant go into her room?'' unless you did something like abuse i dont see why a judge would say this lol.
if shes underaged her parents can forbid her to see you i think. idk besides that. again i dont really understand the question, but it seems kinda bullshit
then it seems bs to me...
her parents got divorced several years ago. my girlfriend wants to stay just with her mom because her dad treats her like crap, so they are in court fighting over custody. both her parents called my grandma (who i live with due to my parents recently divorcing) and said she can not come into my room because the judge said so. My girlfriend said "Her mom said to her that , she (mom) will go to jail if i go into her room or she comes into mine" but i think that is just bs . Also i just turned 17 she's soon to be 16, we never got into a fight in the time frame we have dated....NOT ONE and I NEVER abuse that girl she's my everything.
