I really really want to lose weight so bad..I look so bad right now because i gained weight and i used to look normal,and i want to lose weight like 22 kgs i wonder if i go to the gym everyday and run on the treadmill 5-6 times a week will i lose weight,and how long does it takes to see results,that i lost weight..? right now im depressed and i'm still hoping that i will lose weight but i am to afraid of falling off from the treadmill and i'm scared that i am not capable of doing cardio because im to weak..help me..
