Is this a good workout to lose 34 lbs by the end of summer?
So my summer goes from June 5th to early September. I'm a girl and I am 14, 5'10 and 145 lbs and I really need to lose 34 pounds. I've already lost over 15 lbs but I still wanna lose the extra 34. Maybe more. I am very active alreday and never eat over 1000 calories and it's been working for me. I have varsity cheer practice every other day during the weekdays and gymnastics for 2 hours on thursdays. Yes I've done this whole workout and it's not that hard considering I'm in healthy shape already.
Workout: (x/y. X sets of Y reps)
9:00-9:20am:
-Run 1 mile everyday for 5 days per week, increasing by half a mile every week.
(Break)
9:30-9:45am:
-Do 2/100 sit ups/crunches every morning. Increase by 50 every week
9:45-10:
-Do 3/25 push ups everyday increasing by 10 every week
(Break)
Anywhere from 12-3pm
1.Do 3/100 jumping jacks
2.Do 3/100 Starburst
3.Do 3/150 squats
(1,2,3 all increase by 25 each week)
Anytime from 6-8pm:
bike for 4 miles, increase by 1 mile every week.
