I had a question because I've always felt like the minimum sleep I can go on is four and a half hours and if I wake up without that minimum I try to make myself go back to sleep because I won't be able to stay up through the day I was wondering if you have been s leep deprived only sleeping like 3 hours or stay up a really long time and go into a deep sleep is your sleep worth more because you fall out harder I was curious because I always try to make myself go back to sleep and sometimes I think I could get up but I don't want to be sleeping through the day one major factor is I feel like I have been an alcoholic for the last 2 years and always fell asleep after drinking and would wake up four and a half hours and be really tired for. So I kinda got questions if you drink or not drink do you require less sleep also? I stayed up after only two and a half hours of sleep because of extreme tooth pain yesterday and made myself stay up I woke up after 4 hours but was in a deep deep sleep I wanted to know if my 4 hours could be worth 6 of regular or the truth about it?
