I'm trying to gain muscle mass. I have muscles, but I'm skinny enough so you can't tell.
I am also busy with school and other things, and are on a very low budget.
I just want too look and feel better about myself.
Anything helps. Thanks in advance.

Im in your exact same position Sarge, so I know how you feel. In my case, 2 years ago I weighed approximately 40 kilograms (88 pounds) and my maximum weight was 68 kilograms (150 pounds)
The secret is to eat anything and everything with high carbs and protein (im guessing your metabolism is fast like mine) and eat as often as 6-8 times a day. Include this with workout sessions 3-5 timed a week based around squats, deadlifts, pull ups and bench press with sets of 6-8 with reps of 8-12 (if you have any questions about the exercises, look them up on youtube or google as they are to complex to explain)
You dont want to over work your body also due to your fast metabolism.
Make sure to eat after every training session to replace the used carbs and to supply your body with protein to help the muscle gaining process.
I hope this helped you out
Ps. Dont forget to work your legs like me haha..
Thanks a million. I usually eat around 3 times a day, so that's going to take some getting used to. But not too much.
I have limited access to a gym, but I can improvise equipment. (Not that hard actually)
And yes, I already work my legs a lot, so I think I'm good there :)
