i think you answer your own question. she loves u, and the truth is u love her too. tell her it was a mistake what u said, that it scared you. that you do love her. ask her if she wants to do something once in a while, just make a move :)
love can be scary, but the fact is that u dont have to be afraid if she loves you or not, since she told u already. its what most people fear, if the girl/ boy doesnt like u back. thankfully u dont have this problem, just go for it
