So i have irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) which used to having trouble with pooping. Either too much or too little. But for the past 5-6 days or so I can't poop. I'll poop just a little, but I still feel it. I'm still sorta bloated, at least that's the only way I can explain it. I know I have to poop so I sit on the toilet and try, even using a stool because i heard that puts pressure off your intestines. But now what? I am not the healthiest eater but I'm sill very active and physically fit, so don't think I'm overweight. I'm a teenage girl who likes to eat! What should I eat today? I'm planning on water, obviously. But any more tips please?
