I have wanted them for so long and I'm 14 but I don't know if I will look after them anymore when I get older what should I do is there anything I can do

I think , with all due respect, that you should consider the consequences of your actions. Sure you may not think you will care for one but I can guarantee that you will find it very natural to care for them after a short period of time. Just look after them in the beginning and you will do so in the future Isobel.
