I got a promotion on July 6th which came with a $0.75 raise recently looking at my pay stubs I realize that I am not getting my raise. After talking to other managers that have dealt with similar issue I was informed that the company does not back pay in these cases. I want to know what I can do to get my money roughly $250 in the big picture that's not a lot of money most people that need it the only one working in a family of four and I can barely pay my rent I've kept up my end of the bargain and my manager duties to the best of my ability I want to know what course of action can I do to get my back pay?
