I've always been that type who loves his sleep. But I also enjoy waking up early. I'm able to wake up much easier when I have something important to do that day.
So basically I've got a morning routine. Wake up, let the sun light in, make a light breakfast and take care of hygiene. I know exercise helps also, but right now that just feels like a real pain. Because I just got into the habit of exercising during the day.

Maybe you are anxious when there is somthing important need to do.
I also have a the same situation, with you.
But i thing the most important thing is to relax.
You can also take exercise 2 hours everyday ,then you will fall asleep quickly.
At the same time ,your mood will be relaxed.
