I'm gonna give you a very bias answer. I live in Edinburgh. It's a great city, the old buildings placed next to the modern ones marry the city together well. Edinburgh uni is a great school too, one of the best in the uk. There's also great clubs catering to all tastes that are all conveniently located in the same area. Good food, good people and loads to do. There is also a THE BEST bus service in the country running in the city which is extremely helpful as parking is a bitch and traffic too.
And clearly the people are helpful too haha
