When a minor disaffirms a contract, in New Jersey does he or she have to return the goods in their original condition (or pay the difference between the value of the returned goods and the original purchase price) before the merchant issues a refund?

I'm not sure what you mean by Disaffirms?The goods are not in their original condition once you buy therm.The merchant generally doesn't  have to give you  a refund. It depends on their selling terms.
