So when I'm walking my ankle doesn't feel attached to my leg and it's kinda hard to explain. My right ankle is the one that's bothering me and I sprained it about 2 years ago so would this have anything to do with that? Also after I run my ankle hurts really bad. It sorts feels like when I take a step and then lift my foot it's like my leg keeps going but my ankle feels like it's staying behind a bit. Please help me
