Which material is best for overhead water storage tank?

I wish to know about overhead water storage tank. According to you, which material is best for overhead water storage tank? Should I go for Plastic Tank or cement concrete tank or Brick Wall Tank. Kindly share comparison among these three. I really need some good suggestions.
