In WW2 would a white man with blonde hair and blue eyes get put into a concentration camp if he had a black or Latino grandparents. I say no I could be wrong, also if yes how would Hitler know if you had colored relatives?

Well. I think this guy of you is arian/germanic, so as you are arian you where lucky in Nazi-Germany. If his background is jewhis/communist/gipsy he wasnt lucky.
I think this guy looks not like a black-man or latino he would have a good/normal life. But meby some arian people will discrimibate his grandparents.
Its hard to say because there were (almost) no black-people or latino's in germany at that time.
