i was dripping sweat and burning up, i couldnt c 5 feet ahead of me, right before that i had cut my finger a little and it was bleeding but i have no feer of blood and barley lost any... do u think i had a heat stroke?

I dont think that would be a heat stroke. You probobly did get a little sick from cutting your finger. Its actually pretty common. Your brain registers you as having an injury and focuses on the hurting point, causing you to think more about your finger and causing nausea. Ive had this happen plenty of times before, I would think its just a normal reaction of the body.
However, if your still having burn ups and sweating, I would recomend you to go and see a doctor.

Elevated body temperature
Chills
Dry, hot skin (no sweating)
Hallucinations
Throbbing headache
Confusion/dizziness
and i dont think any of these are in you so its clear that you did not experience heat stroke you might well see a doctor to know what your really feeling
