I am going crazy over this cartoon I used to watch when I was little. It is about a little boy and all I can remember is that he didn't talk, the cartoon had some sounds, but it was silent. The cartoon started with a theme song of a piano tune and some french singing, while this boy walked around pulling a red wagon cart.
