I doubt Rick Riordan is going to be writing any more books adding to the "Percy Jackson and the Olympians" sequel.
He said himself that the reason why he ends with cliffhangers and doesn't like adding epilogues is because he wants his readers to "imagine" different scenarios of how it could have ended.
Personally, I just allow myself to think that Leo and Calyspo are going to be together forever and working in their shop while visiting friends once in a while.
But overall, I'm just saying that Rick Riordan added a cliffhanger for a reason, so take advantage of it and make up any creative ending you think would be good.
