Hello everyone,
I am in need of some good advice on my current problem that not even my lawyer is able to act fast enough and show results on my case.
I am Greek Cypriot living in Cyprus, my ex fiance who is English and the legitimate father of my 6 year old daughter, left the island and moved permanently back to the UK.
It's been 11 months now, he keeps emailing that he has no job and no funds and can't pay nothing towards child support.
I broke up with him because he was a damn pothead compulsive liar and verbally abusive. He couldn't stop buying and smoking weed and it did indeed mess with his personality. My point is that now he's back in the UK living with his cousins - some of them known to have constant problems with the law and I don't know what's going on.
I have full custody of my daughter now obviously because he left the country and didn't even show up in court and the Cyprus court of family law has already decided on child support fees to be paid by him monthly but he is completely unaware and oblivion.
And that brings me to my question!
How do I get the court order to his attention legally from Cyprus to the UK in order to have the power to take effect?!
My lawyer is taking agesss on finding out because I owe him his fee still.
I would really appreciate some good advice or ideas.
