This is Adam, I am belongs to India, I am an Muslim, and I am currently Working In Malaysia as a IT Executive, My Visa Category Is PROFESSIONAL WORK PERMIT , I have Plenty of relatives are living In Malaysia, So I have decided to marry a Girl one of my relative Malaysian Citizen, Regarding this, I would like to know the procedure of to marry her Hassle free Way, I've Heard that I cannot marry a Malaysian Citizen while I am in Work Permit ,and they have advised me I should have to revoke My workpermit and go back to my country of origin and come again with a Social Visit Pass, Is that true? this procedure has to be done for Professional Work permit holders As well ? becoa some peoples are saying that these condition will apply for only General work permit holders such like Gardening,Construction workers etc..
And I have used to Hear that if once I have revoke the Work permit, I may Getting Temporary 3-6months BAN for to Enter Malaysia then only I can able to come and Marry her After done all the procedures from Immigration & Marriage Department in Malaysia. I am in the middle of Confusion, Please Help me out here to get a Hassle free Way to marry her By your valuable Answers.Thank you very much!
