Google - Can a social media like Facebook block someone 's account without giving any reason?

Usually, Facebook gives a reason in an email that is sent to you. Or, when you try to log in, a reason will be given as soon as you sign in.

Usually, there is no action taken, as you never get a "human" response when you try to email them to get your account back. The only thing you can do is set up a new page under a new email address and hope you get the old one back soon.

Sometimes, the block might only last 3-5 days, a week, a month, 3 months, or the possibility of it being a permanent block, depending on why you were blocked in the first place, and how many times you've been blocked in the past. (For violations of the site's rules, anyway.)
