The problem is that in a situation i can be nervous very easy and in most cases I forget to speak and stutter and my heart jumps out of his seat. And after these awkward situations i blame myself all day,like how could i be so lame... For example, if i have to solve something official issue or i have to speak front of my teacher .next week i have to speak front of my teacher about a lot of subjects and i dont know what to do. How can I get through myself of this stress? One of my classmates always so calm when she need to talk front of the teacher and people.., she talking so relaxed, not stressful at all. I simply dont know how other people do it...
