The problem is that in a situation i can be nervous very easy and in most cases I forget to speak and stutter and my heart jumps out of his seat. And after these awkward situations i blame myself all day,like how could i be so lame... For example, if i have to solve something official issue or i have to speak front of my teacher .next week i have to speak front of my teacher about a lot of subjects and i dont know what to do. How can I get through myself of this stress? One of my classmates always so calm when she need to talk front of the teacher and people.., she talking so relaxed, not stressful at all. I simply dont know how other people do it...

Me, I just let loose. I know how to laugh at myself and admit my faults. But, I understand that for most people it can be tough.
I have a friend who falls into your position sometimes. It's a good thing that she loves to act; She'll have an arsenal of personalities ready for different situations. No, she doesn't have DID (though she has been accused of that once.) These personas simply help her through life.
For her communications class, she would put on her "adult" persona. This one is very mature, lady-like, independent and confident. So it's a breeze for her to stand up in front of the class and say what she needs to say.
